Co-founderAlex is a consultant specialising in business transformation and marketing. He started his career in London at Saatchi & Saatchi, and more recently in Australia at Accenture, helping some of the country’s best-loved brands adopt emerging technologies. He now applies that experience at HeimMax, helping business owners reshape how they run and grow through new systems and AI.
Dave Pybus
Co-founderDave’s background is in software sales and systems integration. He runs his own business and was the catalyst behind HeimMax: after building himself a custom tool that gave him five hours a week back, he saw the chance to do the same for other Australian businesses and started HeimMax with Alex.

Why we started
With the advent of AI, the cost of building custom software has drastically reduced. It used to be something only big companies could afford, so every small business was told to rent whatever off-the-shelf tool came closest and make do. AI has changed what a build costs and how fast it happens, and that old advice is now wrong. Software built for the way you work is finally within reach of a business your size. That is the whole reason HeimMax exists.
What we do
Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, follow-ups, phone calls, marketing. There are hundreds of admin tasks that eat a business owner’s week, and most of them are repetitive, time-consuming and avoidable. We work out which of them are worth fixing, then build the custom software and automation that removes the pain and gives the hours back. Whether it is a quoting app, a booking system, a resourcing dashboard or an AI agent that answers the phone, you are one conversation away from starting to get your time back, and the people who work out the problem are the people who build the fix.
